Refund Policy

1. Digital Product Notice
PublishMaster is a digitally delivered software product. No physical item is shipped. Because software licenses can be copied or activated quickly after delivery, refund eligibility is limited.
2. Eligible Refund Requests
A refund request may be considered if it is submitted within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date and the issued license key has not been activated, redeemed, or bound to a device.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- Activated or redeemed license keys.
- Requests submitted after the 14-day review period.
- Orders associated with abuse, fraud, or policy violations.
- Requests based on unsupported environments that were disclosed in advance.
4. How to Request a Refund
Send your order reference and the reason for the request to support@ezproplugin.com. If approved, the refund will be issued through the original payment method or the merchant of record handling the transaction.
5. Review Period
Approved refunds are usually processed within a reasonable period based on the payment provider's timing. Access to the refunded license may be revoked after approval.
