End-User License Agreement

1. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, EzPro Team grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use PublishMaster for your internal business or professional use according to the purchased license scope.
2. Ownership
PublishMaster is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest in the software, documentation, branding, and related intellectual property remain the property of EzPro Team or its licensors.
3. Activation and Device Limits
License activation may use a device or machine identifier to bind a license to permitted hardware. You may not exceed the number of activations or seats granted under your order.
4. Restrictions
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or create derivative works from PublishMaster except where applicable law expressly permits such activity despite this limitation.
5. Termination
This Agreement terminates automatically if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the software and destroy all copies in your possession or control.
6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
PublishMaster is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, EzPro Team disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. EzPro Team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the software.
