Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the ezproplugin.com website or purchasing the PublishMaster software operated by EzPro Team.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website and software, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Digital Delivery

PublishMaster is a digital product. Upon successful payment verification, your unique License Key will be delivered automatically to the email address provided during checkout. You are responsible for providing a valid email address.

3. Licensing and Usage

Your use of the PublishMaster software is governed by our End-User License Agreement (EULA). Purchasing a license grants you the right to use the software, but it does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the easily duplicable nature of digital software, we maintain a strict refund policy:

Refunds are granted only within 14 days of the original purchase date, provided that the issued License Key has never been activated on any machine.
Once a license key is activated and registered to a Hardware ID, the sale is considered final and non-refundable.

5. Support and Updates

We strive to provide technical support and software updates to ensure compatibility with modern CAD environments. However, support and updates are provided at the sole discretion of EzPro Team and are not guaranteed indefinitely.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of our site and software after any such changes constitutes your consent to such changes.
