End-User License Agreement (EULA)

Last Updated: April 2026

IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY: This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and EzPro Team ("Developer") for the software product "PublishMaster", which includes computer software and associated electronic documentation ("SOFTWARE").

By installing, copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use the SOFTWARE.

1. Grant of License

The Developer grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to install and use the SOFTWARE strictly in accordance with the terms of this License. A single license key permits activation on a specified number of devices as detailed at the time of purchase.

2. Copyright and Ownership

All title, including but not limited to copyrights, in and to the SOFTWARE and any copies thereof are owned by the Developer. The SOFTWARE is licensed, not sold.

3. Limitations on Reverse Engineering

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the SOFTWARE, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law.

4. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this License will terminate automatically without notice from the Developer if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this License. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

The SOFTWARE is provided "As Is" and "With All Faults", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The entire risk arising out of use or performance of the SOFTWARE remains with you.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Developer be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, corruption or loss of CAD drawings/data, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the SOFTWARE, even if the Developer has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
